Terms of Services

By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all of the terms outlined below.
Unless otherwise specified, you will agree to use the artwork for personal, non-profit purposes.
CLIENT
> You, the Client, are required to first read my Terms of Service and understand my general commission rates.
> You retain the right to print or otherwise create a physical replica of the artwork for your PERSONAL use only. (ie. NOT for sale)ARTIST
> By commissioning me, you are paying for my service as an artist only.
> I retain the right to publish your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason
> I retain the right to refuse any project or client for any reason
> I will draw:
- Fanarts, Original characters, Suggestive content, +Animal traits (ears, tails, wings, etc)
> will NOT draw:
- Explicit content, Real people, Furries, MechanicREVISION / SCHEDULE
> Refunds are only available if the painting process has not begun.
> Depending on the difficulty and workload, I retain the right to work on your drawing for a minimum of two weeks to a maximum of 10 weeks. This begins once the original sketch has been accepted.
> During the commission's sketching phase, up to THREE major revisions are permitted. Only minor modifications within reason can be made later.
> You may request a work in progress.
> You retain the right to be alerted of any delays.FINAL PRODUCT
> The examples in my collection and the final artwork you will receive might differ slightly.
> The final illustration will be sent as an email attachment in the form of.jpg or.png files.
> Any file you purchased from me will be available for a limited time only. I make no guarantees regarding computer failure, accidental deletion, or loss.
